5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing
All fares are fixed and displayed before you confirm your booking. Prices may vary based on distance, vehicle type, time of travel, and any additional services requested. All prices are all-inclusive — there are no hidden fees or surcharges.
5.2 Full Prepayment
All bookings require full prepayment at the time of booking. No payment is required to the driver at any point.
How Payment Works

5.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through SumUp, a licensed and certified payment service provider. We never store your complete card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

- 3D Secure authentication for enhanced transaction security
5.4 Payment Security

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your booking at any time, free of charge — no penalties, no fees, no questions asked.
6.1 Free Cancellation
All bookings can be cancelled at any time before pickup. The full amount paid will be refunded. There are no cancellation fees, regardless of how close to the pickup time the cancellation is made.
6.2 Refund Processing
Refunds are processed automatically upon cancellation. Depending on your payment provider, the refund will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

You can cancel directly from your booking page using the cancellation button, or by contacting us at hello@europetaxicab.com. We will confirm the cancellation and initiate your full refund immediately.

- Processing payments securely through certified providers
- Providing responsive customer support
Transportation services are performed by independent professional drivers. Europe Taxi Cab is not liable for acts or omissions of drivers during transportation, vehicle incidents, loss of personal property during rides, or delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, threaten, or abuse drivers
- Make fraudulent or fictitious bookings
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
